Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@buoyandboat.com within 90 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Buoy & Boat.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to inventory availability. Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Once the return is received and approved, we'll ship the replacement item at no additional charge.
