Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 90 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must include original packaging and tags
- A BuoyandBoat.com order number is required.
- Item must be purchased from BuoyandBoat.com
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@buoyandboat.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order products
- Personalized items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 90 days of delivery at support@buoyandboat.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
