Shipping policy
Buoy & Boat currently ships to eligible destinations within the United States and select additional destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination as described below.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Contiguous United States & Washington, D.C.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

- Estimated Transit Time: 3–7 business days after shipment
Expedited shipping options may be available for eligible destinations and orders at checkout for an additional charge.
Alaska, Hawaii & Additional Supported Destinations
Orders shipped to the following destinations do not qualify for free standard shipping and are subject to a $35.00 flat-rate standard shipping charge per order:
- Alaska
- American Samoa
- Federated States of Micronesia
- Guam
- Hawaii
- Marshall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Palau
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Armed Forces Americas
- Armed Forces Europe
- Armed Forces Pacific
Standard Shipping
- Shipping Cost: $35.00 flat rate per order
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days
- Estimated Transit Time: 5–8 business days after shipment
Shipping availability is determined by the destination entered at checkout. If no shipping option is available for your destination, we are unable to accept an order for delivery to that address.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order processing time is not included in the estimated shipping transit time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are determined by the delivery destination:
- 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.: FREE standard shipping
- Alaska, Hawaii & Additional Supported Destinations listed above: $35.00 flat-rate standard shipping
- Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Carriers
We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers. The carrier and service used for an order may vary depending on the destination, package size, package weight, and service availability.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available from the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Buoy & Boat is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to process and ship orders within the timeframes stated above, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Buoy & Boat is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
